Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
Flights will be checked via flight Radar ,any time change the driver will set off later.
In the event of prolonged flight delays Transport will be re-organised if it clashes with any bookings already taken we have an obligation to fulfil all booked transport so alternative company might be used, any extra cost off this would be payed bye customer.
Any hold ups i.e., customs check or border patrol checks over the set grace time period of 20mins will be charged at 30p per minute and all parking charges met by the customer.
Usual rule of thumb = on collection of bags, call the driver were he will be waiting near the location, Airport , he will then enter pick up location , this saves any excess parking charges.
